5th OpenMS User Meeting – High-performance software for high-throughput proteomics and metabolomics

Dear friends of OpenMS,

we are happy to announce the 5th OpenMS User Meeting on October 8th and 9th at the in the beautiful city Salzburg.

Salzburg (c) Tourismus Salzburg

During the meeting at the Department of Molecular Biology of the University of Salzburg we will present the capabilities of OpenMS, discuss your needs, and future directions in mass spectrometry. This year’s meeting will again include an OpenMS tutorial session. Traditionally the schedule of our meetings is very flexible, allowing contributions from the participants and discussions.

You can bring your data, an OpenMS wish list and ideas for collaboration projects, and also give a talk about your project where available software solutions were unsatisfactory. We would be very happy to welcome you in Salzburg this year.

We will charge a fee of 80 € for regular participants and 60 € for students. The fee covers coffee breaks and the social event. We can accept cash payment only.

Please keep in mind that the following schedule is preliminary and can easily be adjusted to the needs of the participants.
